Proegernia mikebulli
Taxonomy
Proegernia mikebulli was named by Thorn et al. (2021). Its type specimen is SAM P57502, a mandible (near complete right dentary; 27 tooth loci, 14 of which bear teeth.), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Billeroo Creek Site 2, which is in an Oligocene lacustrine claystone/siltstone in the Namba Formation of Australia.
