Taxonomy
Subclymenia cashelensis was named by Ramsbottom and Moore (1961). Its type specimen is BGS 87290, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cashel limestone quarry, which is in an Asbian marine shale in the United Kingdom.
