Taxonomy
Corviconodon utahensis was named by Cifelli and Madsen (1998). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is OMNH V240, Mussentuchit, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial horizon in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah.
