Diplocynodon kochi
Taxonomy
Diplocynodon kochi was named by Venczel and Codrea (2022). Its type specimen is UBB V.1453, a skull (nearly complete skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cluj-Mănăștur (Cluj Limestone Fm.), which is in a Priabonian marine carbonate in the Cluj Limestone Formation of Romania.
