Yezoites seabeensis
Taxonomy
Otoscaphites seabeensis was named by Cobban and Gryc (1961). Its type specimen is USNM 130805, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS Mesozoic 26560, Maybe Creek, which is in a Turonian coastal shale in the Seabee Formation of Alaska.
It was recombined as Yezoites seabeensis by Tanabe (2022).
