Adroichthys tuberculatus
Taxonomy
Adroichthys tuberculatus was named by Gardiner (1969). Its type specimen is SAM, a partial skeleton (incomplete fish wanting fins and tail in counterpart), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Soetendalsvlei, which is in a Tournaisian lacustrine - large mudstone/marl in the Waaiport Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Adroichthys.
