Bistomiacystis globosa
Taxonomy
Bistomiacystis globosa was named by Sprinkle and Parsley (1982). Its type specimen is OU 8937, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Daube Ranch. Lower Echinoderm Zone, which is in a Blackriveran shallow subtidal shale/limestone in the Bromide Formation of Oklahoma. It is the type species of Bistomiacystis.
