Naefiteuthis breviphragmoconus
Taxonomy
Naefiteuthis breviphragmoconus was named by Bandel et al. (1983). Its type specimen is BSSPHGM 6015, a shell, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kaisergrube mine near Gemünden, which is in an Emsian marine slate in the Hunsrück Slate Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Naefiteuthis.
