Smithosaurus echzellensis
Taxonomy
Smithosaurus echzellensis was named by Vasilyan et al. (2022). Its type specimen is UMJGP 204.749 (parietal) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Echzell, which is in an Orleanian terrestrial tuff in Germany. It is the type species of Smithosaurus.
