Disichthys kimberleyensis
Taxonomy
Disichthys kimberleyensis was named by Broom (1913). Its type specimen is McGregor Memorial Museum 535 and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Wesselton Mine, Kimberley (horizon obscured), which is in a Permian crater lake horizon in South Africa. It is the type species of Disichthys.
