Batrachopus argentinus
Taxonomy
Parabatrachopus argentina was named by Lull (1942). Its type specimen is AMNH 1805 and is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Sierra de las Quijadas tracksite, which is in a Neocomian terrestrial sandstone in the Los Jumes Formation of Argentina.
It was recombined as Batrachopus argentinus by Haubold (1971); it was recombined as Batrachopus argentina by Leonardi (1981).
