Stelladens mysteriosus

Taxonomy
Stelladens mysteriosus was named by Longrich et al. (2023). Its type specimen is MHNM.KHG.1436, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sidi Chennane [lower Couche III] (general), which is in a Maastrichtian marine phosphorite in the Couche III Formation of Morocco. It is the type species of Stelladens.
