Globorotalia siakensis was named by LeRoy (1939). It is not extant.

It was recombined as Globorotalia (Turborotalia) siakensis by Quilty (1976); it was recombined as Globorotalia (Jenkinsella) siakensis by Kennett and Srinivasan (1983); it was recombined as Paragloborotalia siakensis by Spezzaferri and Premoli Silva (1991), Leckie et al. (2018).
