Eucalycoceras barcusi
Taxonomy
Acanthoceras barcusi was named by Jones (1938). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is J68. Hill 0.4 miles southeast from mouth of Indidura Cañón, Sierra de Santa Ana, which is in a Cenomanian marine limestone/shale in the Indidura Formation of Mexico.
It was recombined as Eucalycoceras barcusi by Stephenson (1955); it was recombined as Paraconlinoceras barcusi by Kennedy and Cobban (1990).
