Taxonomy
Schistoloma electrothauma was named by Asato and Hirano (2019). Its type specimen is NMNS PM 27993, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NMNS Tsukuba collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
