Planorbis (Gyrorbis) guerichi was named by Andreae (1902). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Oppeln (Roemer Museum collection), which is in a MN 6 fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in Poland.
It was recombined as Anisus guerichi by Harzhauser and Neubauer (2018).
