Desmoceras (Uhligella) walleranti was named by Jacob (1908). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Beudanticeras (Uhligella) walleranti by Renz (1982); it was recombined as Uhligella walleranti by Riccardi and Medina (2002).
