Zaplaella capillaensis
Taxonomy
Zaplaella capillaensis was named by Sánchez et al. (2003) [= 1986. Cycloconcha cf. C. oblonga Foerste; Sanchez, p. 136, Lam. 1, figs. 7,8.]. Its type specimen is CEGH-UNC 20936 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Rio de las Capillas, which is in a Llanvirn/Sandbian carbonate limestone/shale in the Capillas Formation of Argentina.
