Asturorthis sarreoensis
Taxonomy
Asturorthis sarreoensis was named by Villas and Cocks (1996). Its type specimen is DPO 29467, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Asturian coast, El Castro Fm. (Viodo Limestone Mbr.), Asturias, Spain, which is in a Telychian offshore shelf siltstone in the El Castro Formation of Spain.
