Taxonomy
Timorebestia koprii was named by Park et al. (2024). Its type specimen is MGUH 34286 and is an impression. Its type locality is 340103. Sirius Passet, which is in an Atdabanian open shallow subtidal shale in the Buen Formation of Greenland. It is the type species of Timorebestia.
