Enteletes waageni imperans was named by de Gregorio (1930). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sosio Limestone near Palazzo Adriano (de Gregorio coll), which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in Italy.
It was recombined as Enteletes imperans by Verna and Angiolini (2010).
