Palaeopinna flabellum
Taxonomy
Palaeopinna flabellum was named by Hall (1884). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Schoharie, Oriskany Sandstone. Hall Locality, which is in a Pragian/Emsian marine sandstone in the Oriskany Formation of New York. It is the type species of Palaeopinna.
