Cacheoceras trifidum
Taxonomy
Cacheoceras trifidum was named by Flower (1968). Its type specimen is UNM 348 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is North of Logan, which is in a Blackhillsian carbonate limestone in the Garden City Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Cacheoceras.
