Taxonomy
Dimorphoceras leagramense was named by Riley (1996). Its type specimen is Ro 895 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Leagram Brook, which is in a Holkerian carbonate limestone in the Hodderense Limestone Formation of the United Kingdom.
