Taxonomy
Cyrtina gracillima was named by Bittner (1912). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Veszprém-Jutas railway, Profile IV, which is in a Carnian marine horizon in Hungary.
It was recombined as Bittnerella gracilima by Dagys (1974); it was recombined as Brachiobittnerella gracillima by Ceccolini and Cianferoni (2023).
