Bauersaurus cosensis
Taxonomy
Bauersaurus cosensis was named by Čerňanský et al. (2023). Its type specimen is UM-COS-1012, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cos (Phosphorites du Quercy), which is in an Eocene fissure fill limestone in France. It is the type species of Bauersaurus.
