Luopingosaurus imparilis
Taxonomy
Luopingosaurus imparilis was named by Xu et al. (2023). Its type specimen is IVPP V19049, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Luoping area, upper member of Guanling Formation limestone (middle Anisian), which is in a Pelsonian marine limestone in the Guanling Formation of China. It is the type species of Luopingosaurus.
