Tongoboryceras satoi
Taxonomy
Lewesiceras satoi was named by Matsumoto (1979). Its type specimen is HCS. No. 187 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nutapomanai River, Hobetsu area, which is in a Turonian marine limestone in the Kashima Formation of Japan.
It was recombined as Tongoboryceras satoi by Matsumoto (1990).
