Caipirasuchus catanduvensis
Taxonomy
Caipirasuchus catanduvensis was named by Iori et al. (2024). Its type specimen is MPMA 68–0003/12, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Catanduva (MPMA), which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.
