Vasuki indicus
Taxonomy
Vasuki indicus was named by Datta and Bajpai (2024). Its type specimen is IITR/VPL/SB 3102-1-21, a partial skeleton (partial vertebral column), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Panandhro Lignite Mine [Naredi Fm.], which is in a Lutetian mire/swamp shale in the Naredi Formation of India. It is the type species of Vasuki.
