Taxonomy
Camarophoria nucula saxatilis was named by Reed (1931). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is K 24.577, path from waterfall to Kumaranwali dhok, Jarhanwala nala , which is in a Wuchiapingian marine limestone in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.

It was recombined as Pugnax (Wellerella) saxatilis by Reed (1944); it was recombined as Wellerella saxatilis by Clapham (2015).
