Eurydesma punjabicum elongata was named by Reed (1936). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pidh, two furlongs SSW on road to Pind Dadan Khan, which is in an Asselian marine conglomerate in the Talchir Formation of Pakistan.
