Rhegmaspis xiphoidea
Taxonomy
Rhegmaspis xiphoidea was named by Gai et al. (2015). Its type specimen is IVPP V 19354.1A,B (Head shield) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Qingmenodus-type area, Zhaotong, which is in a Pragian coastal sandstone in the Posongchong Formation of China. It is the type species of Rhegmaspis.
