---|---|---|
K. S. Polkovoy 2021 | Shell 15–40 mm in diameter, discoid, semi-involute. Whorls moderately convolute, high, subtrapezoidal, with narrow and slightly flattened venter, delineated from flanks. Umbilicus relatively narrow, stepped, with a low and steep umbilical wall separated from flanks by sharp shoulder. Shells with arcuate collars located only on the venter and in ventral region of flanks; constrictions on molds placed posterior or anterior to collars. Ornamentation represented by falcate growth lines and low, vague, hardly distinguishable ribs-folds on flanks, smoothing out and disappearing with age. Suture strongly largely dissected, with asymmetrical, trifid deep first umbilical lobe and a hanging down sutural lobe. |
