Taxonomy
Kislovodskoceras kislovodskense was named by Polkovoy (2021). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 1/13355, a shell, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Verkhniy Park Cape, Kislovodsk, which is in an Aptian coastal sandstone in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Kislovodskoceras.
