Taxonomy
Keyserlingina filicis velebitica was named by Sremac (1986). Its type specimen is GPZ 1260, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Crne Grede, Velebit Mountains, which is in a Roadian marine limestone in the Neoschwagerina Beds Formation of Croatia.
