Terastiodontosaurus marcelosanchezi

Taxonomy
Terastiodontosaurus marcelosanchezi was named by Georgalis et al. (2024). Its type specimen is ONM CBI-1-645, a maxilla (right maxilla), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jebel Chambi, which is in a Ypresian/Lutetian lacustrine limestone in the Chambi Formation of Tunisia. It is the type species of Terastiodontosaurus.
