Antaganides erycinus

Taxonomy
Nautilus erycinus was named by Tagliarini (1901). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fontana Difali, Monte Erice (Gemmellaro collection), which is in a Toarcian/Aalenian carbonate limestone in Italy.

It was recombined as Cenoceras erycinus by Kummel (1956); it was recombined as Antaganides erycinus by Branger (2024).
