Taxonomy
Eucystis chlupaci was named by Prokop (1964). Its type specimen is SBNM 33169 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kraluv Dvur, Prague Basin, which is in a Kralodvorian/Rawtheyan offshore shale/siltstone in the Kraluv Dvur Formation of Czechia.
