Crawfordina fugleri

Taxonomy
Cancellaria crawfordiana fugleri was named by Arnold (1907). Its type specimen is USNM 165322, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. 4475, Fugler Point, which is in a Pliocene coastal sandstone in California.

It was recombined as Cancellaria fugleri by Carson (1926); it was considered an invalid subgroup of Cancellaria crawfordiana by Grant and IV and Gale (1931); it was recombined as Crawfordina fugleri by Woodring and Bramlette (1950), Winterer and Durham (1962).
