Microconchus cravenensis
Taxonomy
Microconchus cravenensis was named by Zatoń and Mundy (2020). Its type specimen is NHM PG 10009, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cracoean reef facies, Mundy locality 136, Scaleber, east of Settle, which is in an Asbian reef, buildup or bioherm wackestone/floatstone in the Cracoe Limestone Formation of the United Kingdom.
