Taxonomy
Hemistreptacron tchatlykense was named by Arendt (1970). Its type specimen is PIN 1786/9044, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chatlyk village, north of Krasnoufimsk, which is in an Artinskian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Russian Federation.
