Denticopsis spottii
Taxonomy
Istieus spottii was named by Fric (1879). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bělohorské (Weissen Berge), which is in a Turonian carbonate marl in the Bilá Hora Formation of Czechia. It is the type species of Denticopsis.
It was recombined as Denticopsis spottii by Frič and Bayer (1902), Bayer (1903).
