Chaetetes (Chaetetes)
Originally ranked as a genus. I have been unable to find the first usage of Chaetetes as a nominate subgenus within genus Chaetetes. It may have originated with the 2015 revised Treatise volumes (West in Webby, et al.) West (2015 Treatise: p. 19) concludes that "the fossil genus Chaetetes is treated here as a form genus and its constituent subgenera and species also have the status of form taxa."
