Taxonomy
Renalcis devonicus was named by Johnson (1964). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Geological Museum, University of Sydney, Slide 16005. Its type locality is K. H. Wolf Locality N. 285, Farnham, which is in a Devonian/Devonian terrestrial limestone in the Nubrigyn Formation of Australia.
