Yeutherium pressor
Taxonomy
Yeutherium pressor was named by Püschel et al. (2025). Its type specimen is SGO.PV 12964, a maxilla (Left maxilla fragment with M1, roots of M2 and mesial roots of M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mammal Quarry and Black Bone, which is in a Maastrichtian marginal marine mudstone/sandstone in the Dorotea Formation of Chile. It is the type species of Yeutherium.
