Idanoceras klingeri
Taxonomy
Idanoceras klingeri was named by Henderson and McKenzie (2002). Its type specimen is QMF 42275, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is QM L735, Brutus Creek, "Currane", near Longreach, which is in an Albian marine siliciclastic in the Allaru Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Idanoceras.
