Manicrinus erectus
Taxonomy
Manicrinus erectus was named by Frest and Strimple (1982). Its type specimen is FMNH 18877A and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Eucalyptocrinites crassus-Lyriocrinus melissa Assoc., Basal Waldron Unit 5, which is in a Wenlock deep subtidal shelf mudstone in the Waldron Shale Formation of Indiana.
