Cherminotus longifrons

Taxonomy
Cherminotus longifrons was named by Borsuk-Bialynicka (1984). Its type specimen is ZPal MgR-III/59, a skull, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Khermeen Tsav II, Middle Red Beds [PMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial sandstone in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Cherminotus.
