Slavoia was named by Sulimski (1984). It is not extant. Its type is Slavoia darevskii.

It was assigned to Acontiidae by Alifanov (1993); to Scincomorpha by Sulimski (1984), Gao and Norell (2000); and to Slavoiidae by Alifanov (2000).
